The growth an improvement in Math after Jenny’s tutoring was apparent - after only one month, Daisy’s Math score on a standardized test went from 29% to 71%. "We attended Mandarin/Fun school for almost a year and a half and my son really enjoyed the classes. Jenny is an extremely gifted, warm, and nurturing teacher she is a natural for toddlers (who absolutely adore her). She is so talented, enthusiastic, and has so much positive energy. Her rich background as an engineer, dancer, and musician allows her to make her classes extremely diverse and fast paced and thus very engaging for the short-attention span of a toddler; they sing, dance, play music, paint, write, and solve problems with Jenny. She has such a natural approach to teaching languages and the students learn by playing and engaging (e.g. the adventures of monkey Taotao). She is an engineer by training and her classes tap on this to include hands-on- experiments. She is very organized, she sends advance lesson plans; and has a series on different topics; e.g. animals, lunar series, etc. She also has included fun field trips specially over the summer which have included the Bronx Zoo and a variety of museums (e.g. Brooklyn Children’s Museum)."
